• Our products ship from our headquarters, which is located in Calgary, AB Canada

Are your products safe for all skin types?

• Yes. We have a variety of products in our inventory that accommodate all skin types.

How long does shipping take?

• On average, depending on where you are, shipping takes up to 10-14 business days. Outside of US and Canada, shipping does vary.

My product arrived broken. What should I do?

• Sometimes this happens during the shipping time. Please reach out to us if you are experiencing this issue, and we will advise you on the next steps.

My daughter LOVES makeup. I'd like to get her a gift card for her birthday. Do you offer gift cards?

• Yes we do. Feel free to purchase a gift card in the denomination of your choosing and your daughter will love you for it.
